Description

Deep Water Cay, a world renowned resort island, located on the eastern end of Grand Bahama Island, Bahamas 130 miles from the coast of Florida. An extraordinary 91 acre island with its own private paved 4,200 ft. airstrip, 3 beaches, 2.5 miles of coastline and some of the best fishing and diving in the world.

The Clubhouse is a two story building with a family style-dining room, cathedral ceilings and covered verandahs with ocean views on both sides. This building also has a commercial kitchen, bathrooms, separate bar, fitness centre, massage room and an oceanfront pool and pool deck.

Adjacent to the marina is the Welcome Centre located on the northern side. It has a retail space on the ground floor with an office and 3 staff apartments upstairs. A tiki bar overlooks the marina and one of the beaches.

The marina offers three separate docks; an entrance dock, a fully- serviced dock providing on-shore power, and a small boat dock. It has 10-slips and can accommodate boats up to 65 feet.

Accommodations for guests include 3 cottages with 7 rooms, located next to the club house adjacent to the beach. In addition to the cottages there are 4 residences. Royal
