The marina offers three separate docks; an entrance dock, a fully- serviced dock providing on-shore power, and a small boat dock. It has 10-slips and can accommodate boats up to 65 feet.

There are 54 subdivided single family residential oceanfront lots for development and sale. The lots average 0.5 acre in size and 146 linear feet of beachfront. Elevations vary from about 5 to 12 feet.
Mainland Grand Bahama is just a five-minute boat ride away. On the mainland is a 10- acre parcel known as ‘the landings’. This parcel has a high-quality marina with docks, boat ramp and floating docks.
