The 'Italian Flavor' On Lake Orta
The villa, dating from the mid-1900, is located along the coast of Lake Orta, surrounded by a beautiful garden for comfort and relaxation. From the garden and from the windows of the main façade there is a beautiful lake view and a direct access to it thanks to the boat mooring and the private dock. The park, with its flowers and plants, gives the villa the typical style of this area; inside the garden, the tennis court in front of the lake occupies a predominant place. Also, the garden includes a large solarium overlooking the dock, well-exposed to the sun, that together with the green flat area makes this villa perfect to live in during the summer season. For summer activities, there is a dependence near the tennis court, with a bar and a relaxation area, dressing rooms and bathrooms. This annex can host a keeper 365 days a year because it has a fully equipped independent apartment. The style of the villa maintains its architectural peculiarities dating back to the 50s, with colonnades, stones and pebbles on the paths, and the white colour makes it stand out even observing it from the lake. The villa welcomes its guests to the spacious entrance hall that leads to the main living room and two more private lounges, studies and bathrooms, the stairwell that leads to the relaxation area on the ground floor, with direct access to the garden and a spacious room for parties and guests during summer, lounge with fireplace, a very well-equipped kitchen for large families with passion for cooking, bathrooms and service staircase for service staff to access the floors of the villa. On the second floor, accessible by elevator, there is the sleeping area with six rooms, private baths, and studio/walk-in closet. In the attic there is a suite with two bathrooms and access to service rooms and laundry for the staff.
