Mindfully designed using feng shui principles and meticulously engineered, the 2,732 sq m (29,417 sq feet) lodge was carefully constructed by the current owners using top quality materials including Brazilian Teak, Tasmanian Oak, recycled Rimu and Otago Schist.

The three interconnected octagonal structures house five premium lodge rooms, two luxurious suites, library, dining and lounge areas, all framing the breathtaking view of the estuary and surrounding landscape. Accessed via a palm-lined central staircase, is the Manager’s Apartment and spacious Owner’s Quarters which includes its own balcony with far reaching vistas.

The glass canopied leisure space with mezzanine level offers a tropical retreat with a 24 meter, heated pool, hydrotherapy spa, infrared sauna, yoga and massage room. A remaining wing contains Staff Quarters while the basement garage caters for six cars and features a separate workshop with an inspection pit.

The estate farm has two working cattle and sheep yards, holding and shearing facilities. Recreational activities include kayaking, biking, coastal fishing or choose a hike from one of the seven scenic walking trails.
