The property is located in the municipality of 'Massarosa' on the hills in the vicinity of lake 'Massaciuccoli'. The panorama is typical of the Versilia and ranges from the Apuan Alps to the plains of Pisa and Livorno to the islands of the Tuscan archipelago, to the Gulf of La Spezia. The property is of ca 50 ha, of which we find a terraced olive grove of 34 ha and about 7 ha of arable irrigated land.
