The allowed constructed surface for this urban land is 1.80 m2 / m2 which is equivalent to a total buildable volume of 13.313 m2. The location : the El Albardinar Estate is located in Alfaix (Almería). The estate lies next to the riverbed of the river Aguas. The highest point of the estate is at 175 meters above sea level. It provides beautiful views of its surroundings: Sierra Cabrera, Sierra de Bedar, valley with orange groves and sea views. The property is near the exit of the A-7 motorway and near the future High Speed Train station to be located in the nearby municipality of Vera (Almería). It is situated just 4 km from the center of Los Gallardos, 6 km from Turre, 10 km from Mojacar and 12 km from the beach.
