About this fantastic building, which has a covered area of 703m2, there is a first record dating from 1848, appearing in the first topographic atlas of the city of Lisbon carried out by the architect Filipe Folque in the year 1857.
The palace consists of 3 floors and 1 lookout that are composed of:
Ground floor with 17 divisions:
- Entrance hall;
- 11 rooms;
- 1 room for storage;
- 1 file division;
- 3 bathrooms.
Of note is the imposing entrance hall with a floor and arch in lioz stone with two tile panels on the walls, the two rooms that have direct access through the entrance hall have tiled walls, one also with a tile panel.
1st floor with 14 divisions:
- 11 rooms;
- 3 bathrooms.
On this floor, there is a room with frescoes and carved ceilings and walls.
2nd floor with 6 divisions:
- 5 rooms;
- 1 bathroom.
Mirante or Torreão has two rooms.
