This chalet on the west coast of Jerisjärvi is designed by an architect, and built to a very high quality and sustainably, respecting Finnish craftsmanship and design. All construction technical steps have been documented and done with building physiology aiming for perfection. An energy certificate has also been issued for the villa, indicating a very energy-efficient building.
