Dating back to the 18th century, this 350sqm farmhouse has been finely restored a few years ago and is located in the municipality of Paciano, a few kilometers from the old town, which dates back to medieval times (14th century).
The town was given in feud from Charles IV to William of Beaufort and subsequently incorporated into the State of the Church (first half of the 16th century). Places of interest such as Castiglione del Lago, Città della Pieve and Chiusi are within a 15Km radius. Important cities like Arezzo and Siena are less than 80Km away. The farmhouse develops on two main floors plus a characteristic and scenic tower. On the ground floor there is entrance, rustic kitchen with pantry, bedroom, bathroom and comfortable living area, from which you access the upper floor. Externally, always on this level, we can find brick working oven, laundry room, technical room and small storage. The first floor, which is accessed both internally and externally, consists of a large double living room with fireplace, kitchen with bathroom, hallway, bedroom and bathroom. From this level, through a wrought iron and wood staircase, you can access the panoramic tower where they created a delightful living room.
