Primary grasses include Bahiagrass, Bermuda, Fescue, and Johnson, together with some Burr clover. The ranch also has approximately 125 acres of mature planted pine, and forested hardwood bottoms that include red and white pine, post oak, blackjack, with some hickory found in the uplands, and white oak, red oak, ash, walnut, mulberry, ironwood, gum, elm, beech, and dogwood that grow abundantly in the low-lying areas.

WILDLIFE:

The property is rich in wildlife and is home to native whitetail deer, wild hogs, dove and has fantastic duck hunting on the three lakes and spring fed creeks that flow through the ranch.

WATER:

The ranch has a 6- acre bass fishing lake on the south side of the property that could be increased in size by raising the dam about two feet.
