The property was first used as bachificio (rearing of silkworm) and later as a summer residence. The property has three levels, connected by a marble stair, located in the middle of the building. On the ground floor there are: entrance with painted walls, three rooms connected with the garden, a large kitchen with fireplace that leads to the porch. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, one of them has a large terrace, and one of them is connected with the turret, that offers a 360° view over the hills. On the second and last floor, there are other 4 rooms. Externally there are rustic outbuildings, once used for the withering of the grapes to produce the wine Recioto that, after a skilful workmanship was preserved in the large cellars below.
