Summerwood sits in the scenic foothills between Grass Valley and Auburn. For the owners and their clients, there is the convenience of an office, bathroom, laundry, seating areas with table and chairs, plenty of parking and a circular road for easy loading and unloading. The speaker system and the spectacular views across the pond to the hillsides beyond make this a perfect setting for parties.

Further facilities include a Mare Hotel and Foaling Barn, each with 6 stalls, two 60' round pens ( one covered), a four horse automatic Hot Walker (with safety shut-off), 21 large irrigated pastures (18 with shelters) and 40' wide hacking trails throughout the property. There is sufficient land to separate mares and foals, yearlings, two year old and older horses.
