Property Description

Nestled in the hillside of the Serra Calderona National Park, on the popular La Paz urbanisation, this first class 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom gated villa can be found just 2km from Gilet village centre, with its many shops, restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Taking the tiled and wrought iron steps up to the front door, we enter the property and find a good-sized entrance hall which leads onto the open plan living come dining room, with log burner and hot and cold air conditioning unit. Patio doors from this space open out onto the first of three elevated terraces which provide the ideal space for alfresco dining and taking in the wonderous views of the National Park below.
