Marble mosaic on the floor.The 4 meter sliding window in this part of the living room opens directly to Asian garden.
LIVING ROOM: total area of 93 m 2, and high ceilings (3 m). In the living room and dining room there also appear Indonesia style's elements.- Sandstone on the fireplace and around the kitchen, Bamboo trees in palm-made vases. Exotic wood on the floor mixed with indonesian marble mosaic. Underfloor heating and floor convectors under windows. The leisure space is a real LOUNGE zone with a total area of 42 m 2 with a 63 '' TV and panoramic fireplace.
BOSE sound zones with loudspeakers. Intelligent electric system with various lighting scenes. Double blinds in the windows are controlled by the remote control and the switch on the wall.
KITCHEN AND DINING: The open dining room with kitchen has an area of 26 m 2.
