The somewhat deepened entrance can be closed with wooden doors. At the quay is a gate with wooden entrance doors that open in a patio with ceiling-high double glazed doors to the corridor. The multifunctional space on the ground floor and the apartment are connected to each other with an interior door. The property can be reached by car at the quay side where parking spaces are located.

The ground floor with a gross floor area of 152 m2 breathes the atmosphere of a bright, attractive wine cellar. The finely polished concrete floor, the arch construction, the almost 3 m high white wooden beam ceiling and the subtle lighting plan make it a dream of an exhibition space, which it is now. At the transition to the corridor is a custom-made wooden desk with a matching sink behind it. Here, daylight shines from a recess in the ceiling. Three floor air conditioning units have been installed on the ground floor divided over the space.

The floor is accessible via the private front door on the pedestrian street and through the inner door on the ground floor. The staircase with pine steps is in open connection with the masterpiece: the loft house. Every detail is in harmony with the whole. A whole that is more than the sum of the parts. The up to 7 meters high fabulous roof construction and the pine floor give the room warmth. The layout and design of the white unit with kitchen, cupboards, storage space and bathroom is thoughtful, practical and beautiful. The unit can be closed with a sliding panel. On the 2.5 m high unit is a raised floor (mezzanine) of 4 by 4 meters with an open pine staircase and a pine floor. A perfect place for the sleeping area. The light in the loft has been "designed" with great attention. The 3 characteristic windows on the pedestrian street in niches, a skylight in the roof construction, a roof light in the bathroom, the glass door to the terrace, the glass wall to the kitchen, the white floating and glass wall near the stairs and a floor light above the main entrance of the gallery. Everywhere the daylight is brought in thoughtfully with attention to detail, creating a unique experience of light and space. In the loft there are 2 floor model air conditioning units. The glass exterior door leads to the almost 3 m wide and 20 m long outdoor terrace on the side of the quay and above the corridor. From here there is a view of the fishing boats at anchor and the river to Portimão.
