El Vendrell House / Villa

We access the estate via a private path surrounded by trees and we arrive at an automated gate. Once inside, we continue along a path that takes us next to the house. The house is surrounded by gardens and is distributed over two floors.

The ground floor has a double bedroom, an office with large windows and direct access to the garden, a complete bathroom, a kitchen equipped with a small space for breakfast and a spacious dining room. Finally, we find a living room with a fireplace, access to the garden and large windows overlooking the pool area.

We go up to the upper floor and come to a hall with access to a small terrace. This level offers two double bedrooms, a single bedroom, and a complete bathroom. One of the double bedrooms has a dressing room and complete bathroom, while the other two share a balcony. All bedrooms in the house have fitted wardrobes, TV installation and heating. Some have air conditioning and others have a ceiling fan.

Outside we find several different areas.

Next to the main building we find a one-storey guest house with a living room, dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen.

At the rear of the main house there is an annex, currently used for parking. At the front we can find an area with fruit trees, a tennis court and a 22 x 10 m pool with beautiful views of the sea, all surrounded by approximately 5,000 m² of garden with sprinkler irrigation.

The property also has an equestrian area of about 20,000 m². In it there is a dressage track with an American fence, a construction of 7 boxers of 4 x 4 m with drinking areas and feeder, as well as a warehouse prepared to store all the related material.
