Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF) – one of the largest architecture firms in New York City – brought The Royal Atlantis to life, alongside leading developer Kerzner International, the outfit behind Atlantis, the One&Only resorts, and SIRO hotels.

Previous KPF masterpieces include the Rosewood Hong Kong, Aman Tokyo, Floral Court in London, Marina Bay Suites in Singapore, and The Dorchester in Doha. As part of their mission, the practice creates lasting solutions that mitigate environmental impact and protect the wellbeing of the communities they serve.

By 2030, the company aims to deliver carbon-neutral buildings.

Back at The Royal Atlantis, KPF and Kerzner’s 38-floor stepped structure maximizes vistas to the Gulf and the instantly recognizable skyline, while elevated private pools and terraces cascade down towards each other. One side of the building houses The Royal Resort, designed for holidaymakers.
