Air, light, serenity, calm, harmony, fluidity of nature between interior and exterior are the elements that define this beautiful and modern house designed and fabricated by the firm DUAL Architecture and Construction of Costa Rica.
This house has been conceptualized in the trend of the ’Biofílico’ design that incorporates the element of nature in interior spaces so that the inhabitants are in harmony with the environment that surrounds them: it is an architecture oriented to happiness.

This modern and well-built house is distributed over 2 floors: on the first floor, a bright entrance leads to a large social area defined by original architectural elements of different types with a double-height floating roof.

This area communicates directly and visually connects with the remaining areas of the first floor: a modern and functional kitchen (with precious marble countertops, original furniture made of solid cedar wood designed to measure and high quality Italian faucets) and a large terrace with bamboo veneer in false ceiling.

The floors are made of porcelain in the social area while the almond wood floors are in the studio, the rooms, the TV room and the corridor on the 2nd floor. The doors and skirting boards are made of cedar.

The sliding windows and doors are made of aluminum with glass with acoustic insulation and UV protection.
Also on the first floor are the guest bathroom, an office and a bright and fresh master bedroom with bathroom and walk-in closet surrounded by a garden. Laundry and service area complete the first floor.

A large and appealing staircase leads to the upper floor where we find a TV room overlooking the living room, two bedrooms with bathroom and wardrobe with original decorative elements. A large terrace completes this floor.
