Geographic position Villa dei Colli is on a natural panoramic terrace that overlooks Umbria’s hills, olive groves, woods, and cultivated fields. Fifteen minutes away from Perugia and Lake Trasimeno (15 km), this villa is also near a few major towns in Umbria and Tuscany, such as Assisi (42 km), Cortona (44 km) and Città di Castello (47 km), which can all be reached in about 45 minutes. Arezzo (87 km) and Siena (104 km) can be reached in just over one hour. The nearest built-up area is Mantignana, which is less than 5 km away (5 minutes by car).
