Description of buildings
Villa dei Marchesi was built in the early 1700s, at the request of a local noble family, and used as a country residence.
Built on three levels, it has a gross surface area of 1748 sqm. On the ground floor, there are two living rooms, a lounge, a bar, an office, kitchen, a pantry, cellar, some storage rooms and a large utility area.
On the first floor, which can be reached thanks to two lifts, there is a hall, a private chapel, a large living room, a lounge, a study, three other living rooms and an office.
The second floor, also with a lift, is divided into a living room, a hobby room, 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms.
The property also includes a second building, which is a basement, measuring 156 gross sqm, for use as ancillary and utility rooms.
