The second site is situated in Dordogne comprising a house to renovate 88 m², a bread oven, a tower and a well equipped wineshed 680 m².

The vines are 12 ha 32 a AOC Bergerac red and 4 ha 91 Monbazillac surrounded by 17 ha of woodland and 5 ha of land.
