The proximity to two of the best beaches in the BVI may have something to do with it or it could simply be the quiet charm of the carefully planned development. The guest house is self-contained with its own custom built kitchen and dining area, bedroom and en suite bathroom.
The view of the islands and beaches are something to behold from every room and vantage point on the property. There is ample parking for at least two vehicles and yet one-half of the property remains undeveloped, leaving the potential for construction of another guest house, larger swimming pool and even perhaps an outdoor kitchen.
