Timeless Elegance

In the area of the Presidential Palace, a breath away from the Maximou Building, is this residence of unique aesthetic.
It is developed on two levels which can remain unchanged or can be separated with different entrances. One, on the 1st floor of the building, with the main rooms, the 4 large bright bedrooms, the 2 main bathrooms, the kitchen and the guest toilet.
And the other one, on the ground floor with utility rooms plus an additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom for any future use. The main rooms enjoy natural light due to the central position of the balcony, which highlights the uniqueness of the interior morphological elements. At the same time, the architectural structure underlines the solidity of the mansionary aspects of this residence.

The interior decoration was constructed during the construction of the building in 1935-1936 in ”Palazzo” style by skilled personnel hired and brought from Italy in order to
to complete it. This included the plaster ceiling reliefs, the carved wood coffered doors, the marqueterie oak floors, the marble fireplace and the arch with the imposing green Tinos marble columns.
The interior, unaltered and without aesthetic interventions, is not classified as a preserved building. So it remains at the discretion of the future owner to maintain and preserve the authentic character of the apartment, enjoying the prestige emitted by its numerous original designs.
