Villa Inglese was constructed between the 18th and 19th centuries and completely renovated and completed in 2011. The property is composed of a small basement with storage room and technical room, three symmetrical floors above ground and a fourth, smaller floor.
On the ground floor, the drive-through gate leads to the front door, which opens onto a wide entrance area with an exit to an external passageway, a bathroom to the right, a corridor and a welcoming study with open fireplace and French doors. An original stone staircase leads from the entrance to the first floor, where a large living room opens onto the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a small terrace, another two bedrooms, a bathroom and an additional bedroom/study with a majestic solid wood stairway leading (like the one positioned to the side of the entrance) to the upper floors: in fact, after a few stairs we find a door leading to the second floor, with a large bathroom with dressing room, a living room (with stairway leading back to the entrance hall), three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the third and last floor we find a wonderful bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access to a large balcony with a beautiful view.
The property is completed by an annex granted for use, originally a lemon-house, that has also been renovated and today employed as an atelier committed to the history of the villa and to historical local figures.
