The agricultural estate and the hamlet, of about 2800sqm. are surrounded by almost 65 ha of land of which 30 to woods,6ha to olive grove and approximately 30ha to crops, are located on a hill that separates the Val Di Chiana valley, from the Crete Senesi area. It is therefore placed in a territory full of historical traces and landscape views.
From the residential compound the view roams free to the hills of Montepulciano and the Cetona Mountain, to the Crete, to the Amiata Mountain and to Siena.
There are many places of interest near this wonderful estate like the S. Stefano Romanesque parish church, the S.Anna in Camprena monastery where you can find the Sodoma frescoes, the Monte Oliveto Maggiore abbey and more like Pienza and Montepulciano.
The accurate renovation brought back the hamlet to its former glory from the peculiar rural buildings to the Villa, even the agricultural activity has been enhanced. The olive plantation, once the main asset of the farm, is now an excellent resource for high level olive oil production, one of the most typical Tuscan flavors.
From the well-structured property it was possible to obtain broad rooms, ideal for meetings, conferences, banquets or just as relax areas to go to enjoy a book. The external part offers the same amenity being in fact served by the pool, the hot tub and the bar, where you can enjoy tastings while looking at a breathtaking landscape. Lastly there are the woods where you can go for a walk or a relaxing horse ride.
The main Villa comprises three bedrooms and six suites all furnished with antiques, respecting the age and the style of the building.
Two of the six suites host original ‘800 frescoes.
In order to offer the best service possible all rooms are equipped with minibars, telephones and satellite television.
The colonial part of the hamlet, that was composed of old houses, stables and barns, was completely renovated and transformed into comfortable apartments, all furnished with traditional Tuscan furniture. Almost every room has its own renovated fireplace.
The apartments are 20 for a total of 30 bedrooms, all studied to satisfy the needs of every guest.
The restaurant of the Hamlet rises on the old cellar rooms of the farm, where the barrels and the barns used to be. The furniture and the architectural structure of the halls maintained the characteristic looks.
Here you can taste traditional Tuscan flavors matched with the Italian wines, especially the ones from Tuscany. All of this enriched by the elegant and well-kept environment.
