This splendid island is in the heart of Angra dos Reis and is bathed in sunlight for most of the day, a haven of peace and tranquility for all those who wish to enjoy nature and its beautiful mountain landscapes and its vast sea area full of life .

The island is 20 minutes from the marina and has a large garden with stone paths to move between the various dependencies of the island that are the two houses, the 2 piers for mooring boats and yachts from 30 to 60 feet, 1 helipad, 1 garage for motorboats and a private beach with a large wooden deck and
tables with large umbrellas.

The two houses on the island each have a unique design, both houses have beautiful air-conditioned suites for up to 20 people, living rooms with custom furniture and TV's with sound system, dining rooms with tables for up to 8 people, planned kitchens and equipped for the preparation of meals, beautiful swimming pools in each of the houses, all with incredible views of the area, as well as two jacuzzis and a shared sauna.

In their respective external areas, each of the houses has a living room on the verandas with a beautiful view of the mainland mountains, 2 barbecue grills with an oven for preparing pizzas and dining tables for meals.
