Almuñecar Villa

Spectacular villa in the Cerro Gordo nature reserve, La Herradura This completely unique villa is the last to be built before Cerro Gordo was declared a nature reserve. This means that no more can be built there. The land is very unique and the villa is located above Playa Catarrijan which is a very exclusive and scenic beach where visitors can get to by bus in the summer. The coastal part outside the house is also protected as a nature reserve with caves and wildlife that is unique. Even below the water surface there is a very rich flora of life also this is protected.
The house resting on a cliff boasts a view that must be experienced. It is a castle-like building that is very lavish and massive with a crescent-shaped facade which has uninterrupted views of the sea from all angles.
The constructed area is 433 m2 and the plot is 1000 m2 large.
