The main house, fully furnished and equipped, is a top quality wooden house built in 2011 distributed on two floors. The lower floor consists of an entrance hall, kitchen, pantry, dining room, living room with fireplace, bedroom and bathroom, and the stairs that give access to the first floor have a lifting platform system for people with reduced mobility. The upper floor consists of three bedrooms, a pantry and a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. Around the house there is a Nordic pine wood deck with more than 300m². The pavement around the house is made of concrete blocks and the remaining area for vehicles and pedestrians is made of non-slip cement. The whole house has a wonderful panoramic view of nature.

All exterior doors and windows are aluminum with double glazing. It has an excellent fireplace (heat recovery), underfloor heating (electric), water heated by solar panels with capacity of 300L, electric boiler with capacity of 100L of water and system configured for rainwater collection.

On the grounds there are also seven wooden bungalows, all with water and electricity and surrounded by nature. Five bungalows with a total area of 15m² each distributed by only one division; one with 25m² and the other with an area of 50m². The larger bungalow (50 m²) has a bedroom, a living room, a bathroom and a terrace. There are walking paths to all bungalows made with stone and gravel. All bungalows have a wooden deck. There is a masonry construction with a total area of 55m², which serves as support and support to the bungalows, consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, living room and pantry. In this same building there are two changing rooms (one for women and one for men) consisting of: six individual showers and four guest bathrooms.
