The office in the village of Portals Nous was opened in 2023 and is run by Andrea Berchtold, who is a partner and wife of the founder of the company, Patrick Pawlowski.
The decision to open the second office in Portals was taken becuase it complements the main office in Port Andratx very well, as the area of Portals is the second very sought after location in the South west of Mallorca and is close to Palma and the area of Son Vida.
