Luxury Estates Mallorca has had an office in Port Andratx since its was founded in 2012 by Patrick Pawlowski and it remains the head office of the company to this day, and is still run by Patrick.
But why Port Andratx? The answer is quite simple. Above all, Port Andratx has become known worldwide as a location for luxury real estate, and is one of the most exclusive and sought after locations on Mallorca, if not even in the whole Mediterranean.
It is located in the extreme southwest of the holiday island of Mallorca. Port Andratx is about 25 minutes by car from the island capital of Palma and 35 minutes from the international airport. The village of Andratx is about 5 km inland from the port of the municipality – Port Andratx and lies at the foot of the mountain range of the Sierra de Tramuntana, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The natural harbour of Puerto de Andratx is considered to be one of the most beautiful harbours of Mallorca and offers numerous restaurants, bars and shops. Puerto de Andratx has remained an active fishing port to this day, which enhances its charm considerably.
