The Astra SPX was developed by Israel Aircraft Industries in the mid 1990's. The aircraft design was purchased by Gulfstream and renamed the G-100 in the early 2000's. Gulfstream year after year has had unparalleled after market customer support.
The Astra SPX evolved thanks to the addition of winglets and other engine & design modifications, the aircraft can easily maintain a Mach speed of 0.82 at a maximum range of just under 3,000 nautical miles.
This well maintained Astra SPX has seating capacity for up to seven passengers plus a belted lav seat. The interior design of the cabin allows for a passengers to stretch out and relax on the three place divan or enjoy conversations in the facing four club seats. There is a full size, enclosed, aft lavatory with sink as well as a large forward galley. Aircraft amenities include GoGo 5G High Speed Internet, LCD lighting, satellite phone, and in-flight entertainment system with Airshow moving map.
The aircraft has the latest upgrades including ADS-B out, TCAS 7.1, WAAS & LPV. The last C-check was completed February 2019 and the engines & APU are enrolled on MSP. The aircraft is meticulously maintained to 135 standards by a high net worth US based owner and professional management company. Other desirable features include extended-range fuel tanks (increasing fuel capacity from 1297 to 1397 gallons), larger 77 cubic foot oxygen, and increased baggage space underneath the extended range fuel tanks.
It would be difficult to find a faster, longer range mid-sized jet with all the upgrades, maintenance plans and equipment at a this price point.
