This typical Tuscan detached villa, built in the second half of the 18th century, is located on the last western slopes of Monte Albano, about 250 metres above sea level. It was originally composed of two rural houses that were joined
. The exterior walls are clad in local stone like almost all the surrounding houses, thus preserving the original appearance of the building.
The villa overlooks the typical Tuscan countryside, hills and olive groves, chestnut trees and oak trees, all immersed in an oasis of silence.
Enhancing the property is a beautiful swimming pool
It is an infinity pool with a very large hydromassage area for 8 people Under the pool there is a large changing room with 2 showers and WC.

The villa has a large living-dining room with a capacity of 14 persons and has a large 15th century fireplace, with armchairs, in a separate living room. From the living room one can enjoy a splendid view of the garden and the swimming pool, as well as the panorama of the old town of Monsummano Alto. Crossing another room, you enter the large Tuscan kitchen, with its fireplace and old-style oven. Also on this floor is a bathroom decorated with an antique tub and floor, but with a modern shower design. Next door is a bedroom with a double bed, which opens onto a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs (actually, church pews) for dining, overlooking the pool and the hill towns.

On the first floor, the rooms are furnished with antiques, paintings and Persian carpets. Opposite the entrance is a stone staircase leading to the bedrooms, with a beautiful 17th-century wrought-iron railing. The upper and middle landings of the staircase are decorated with terracotta tiles representing the Florentine lily. Terracotta rosettes made of antique bronze are painted on the ceiling. On this floor is the master bedroom (30 m2) with en-suite bathroom, equipped with a steam bath/shower and a beautiful view of Monsummano Alto. There is also another bedroom, somewhat smaller, with views of the valley, olive groves, woods and swimming pool. This room shares a bathroom (with whirlpool tub and shower with light and aromatherapy) with the third bedroom, with two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed on request.
All the rooms on the upper floor have beams and old terracotta floors, carefully restored by the owners.

The structure i is perfectly divisible into two separate dwellings with separate services and comforts outside and inside. In fact at the beginning, at the end of the 18th century, two families lived there.

Within a range of 15/20 min. by car there are many places of interest to visit - the Grotte Giusti with their hot springs, one of the most famous in Italy, the quarries of Monsummano, the hills and mountains of Pistoia (skiing in winter), the Svizzera Pesciatina, countless churches, the Fucecchio marshland (of great interest for the local flora and fauna) and many small typical Tuscan villages, such as Montevettolini, Larciano, Lamporecchio, Vinci (where Leonardo was born), Montecatini Alto, Montecarlo etc)

Questa tipica villa toscana indipendente, costruita nella seconda metà del XVIII secolo, si trova sulle ultime pendici occidentali del Monte Albano, a circa 250 metri sul livello del mare. Originariamente era composta da due case rurali che sono state unite
. Le pareti esterne sono rivestite in pietra locale come quasi tutte le case circostanti, preservando così l’aspetto originale dell’edificio.
La villa si affaccia sulla tipica campagna toscana, colline e uliveti, castagni e querce, il tutto immerso in un’oasi di silenzio.
A valorizzare l’ immobile una bellissima piscina
È una piscina a sfioro con una zona idromassaggio molto ampia per 8 persone Sotto la piscina c’è un ampio spogliatoio con 2 docce e WC.

La villa presenta un ampio soggiorno-sala da pranzo con una capacità di 14 persone e ha un grande camino del XV secolo, con poltrone, in un soggiorno separato. Dal soggiorno si può godere una splendida vista sul giardino e sulla piscina, così come il panorama del centro storico della città vecchia di Monsummano Alto. Attraversando un’altra stanza, si entra nella grande cucina toscana, con il suo camino e il forno vecchio stile. Anche su questo piano c’è un bagno decorato con una vasca e un pavimento antichi, ma con una doccia dal design moderno. Accanto c’è una camera da letto matrimoniale, che si apre su una terrazza coperta arredata con tavolo e sedie (in realtà, banchi di chiesa) per mangiare, con vista sulla piscina e sulle città collinari.

Al rimo pianoi le camere sono arredate con mobili antichi, quadri e tappeti persiani. Di fronte all’ingresso c’è una scala in pietra che conduce alle camere da letto, con una bella ringhiera del XVII secolo, in ferro battuto. I pianerottoli superiore e medio della scala sono decorati con piastrelle di terracotta che rappresentano il giglio fiorentino. Sul soffitto sono dipinte rosette in terracotta, in bronzo antico. Su questo piano c’è la camera da letto principale (30 m2) con bagno privato, dotata di bagno turco / doccia e una bella vista su Monsummano Alto. C’è anche un’altra camera da letto, un po’ più piccola, con vista sulla valle, uliveti, boschi e piscina. Questa camera condivide il bagno (con vasca idromassaggio e doccia con luce e aromaterapia) con la terza camera da letto, con due letti singoli che, su richiesta, possono essere uniti per formare un letto matrimoniale.
Tutte le camere al piano superiore sono dotate di travi e vecchi pavimenti in cotto, restaurati con cura dai proprietari.

La struttura i è perfettamente divisibile in due abitazioni separate con servizi e comfort separati all’esterno e all’interno. Infatti all’inizio, alla fine del XVIII secolo, vi abitavano due famiglie.
Le 2 case sono totalmente indipendenti perché:
All’esterno hanno diversi cancelli automatici di ingresso e parcheggi.
Il giardino è tutto aperto ma ogni parte della Villa si affaccia su un proprio spazio.
All’interno una porta di ferro può separare le 2 case. Ogni casa ha la propria cucina attrezzata, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV satellitare ecc.

La villa è nella posizione più strategica: lontana dal caos delle città ma con facile accesso ai ”must” toscani. Infatti, il 95% dei luoghi simbolo della Toscana è raggiungibile in un’ora e mezza di auto.
Montecatini Terme (5km.) 50 min. a Pisa e 50 min. a Firenze in treno. Monsummano Terme (2km.) è il paese più vicino e ha 20.000 abitanti e tutti i servizi necessari e negozi ecc.
Entro un intervallo di 15/20 min. in auto ci sono molti luoghi di interesse da visitare - le Grotte Giusti con le loro calde terme, una delle più famose d’Italia, le cave di Monsummano, la collina e la montagna pistoiese (d’inverno si scia), la Svizzera Pesciatina, innumerevoli chiese, la palude di Fucecchio (di grande interesse per la flora e la fauna locale) e tanti piccoli borghi tipici toscani, come Montevettolini, Larciano, Lamporecchio, Vinci (dove nacque Leonardo), Montecatini Alto, Montecarlo etc)

Diese typisch toskanische, freistehende Villa, die in der zweiten Hälfte des 18. Jahrhunderts erbaut wurde, befindet sich an den letzten westlichen Hängen des Monte Albano, etwa 250 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel. Ursprünglich bestand es aus zwei Landhäusern, die miteinander verbunden wurden.
. Die Außenwände sind wie bei fast allen umliegenden Häusern mit lokalem Stein verkleidet, wodurch das ursprüngliche Aussehen des Gebäudes erhalten bleibt.
Die Villa überblickt die typisch toskanische Landschaft, Hügel und Olivenhaine, Kastanienbäume und Eichen, alles in einer Oase der Stille eingebettet.
Das Anwesen wird durch einen schönen Swimmingpool bereichert
Es ist ein Infinity-Pool mit einem sehr großen Hydromassage-Bereich für 8 Personen Unter dem Pool gibt es einen großen Umkleideraum mit 2 Duschen und WC.

Die Villa hat ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer mit einer Kapazität von 14 Personen und einen großen Kamin aus dem 15. Jahrhundert mit Sesseln in einem separaten Wohnzimmer. Vom Wohnzimmer aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den Garten und das Schwimmbad, sowie auf das Panorama der Altstadt von Monsummano Alto. Durch einen weiteren Raum gelangt man in die große toskanische Küche mit Kamin und altem Ofen. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich auch ein Badezimmer, das mit einer antiken Badewanne und einem antiken Fußboden ausgestattet ist, aber mit einer modernen Dusche. Nebenan befindet sich ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, das auf eine überdachte Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen (eigentlich Kirchenbänke) zum Essen führt, mit Blick auf den Pool und die Hügelstädte.

Im ersten Stock sind die Zimmer mit Antiquitäten, Gemälden und Perserteppichen ausgestattet. Gegenüber dem Eingang befindet sich eine Steintreppe, die zu den Schlafzimmern führt, mit einem schönen schmiedeeisernen Geländer aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Der obere und mittlere Treppenabsatz sind mit Terrakottafliesen verziert, die die Florentiner Lilie darstellen. An der Decke sind Terrakotta-Rosetten aus antiker Bronze angebracht. Auf dieser Etage befindet sich das Hauptschlafzimmer (30 m2) mit eigenem Bad, ausgestattet mit Dampfbad/Dusche und einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Monsummano Alto. Es gibt auch ein weiteres, etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Blick auf das Tal, die Olivenhaine, den Wald und den Swimmingpool. Dieses Zimmer teilt sich ein Badezimmer (mit Whirlpool-Badewanne und Dusche mit Licht und Aromatherapie) mit dem dritten Schlafzimmer, in dem zwei Einzelbetten stehen, die auf Wunsch zu einem Doppelbett zusammengefügt werden können.
Alle Zimmer im Obergeschoss haben Balken und alte Terrakottaböden, die von den Eigentümern sorgfältig restauriert wurden.

Die Struktur i lässt sich perfekt in zwei getrennte Wohnungen mit separaten Dienstleistungen und Annehmlichkeiten im Innen- und Außenbereich aufteilen. Zu Beginn, Ende des 18. Jahrhunderts, lebten dort sogar zwei Familien.

Перейдя через другую комнату, вы попадаете в большую тосканскую кухню с камином и печью старого образца. Также на этом этаже находится ванная комната, декорированная старинной ванной и полом, но с современным дизайном душа. Рядом находится спальня с двуспальной кроватью, которая выходит на крытую террасу со столом и стульями (на самом деле, церковные скамьи) для обедов, с видом на бассейн и холмы.

Номера на втором этаже обставлены антиквариатом, картинами и персидскими коврами. Напротив входа находится каменная лестница, ведущая в спальни, с красивыми коваными перилами 17 века. Верхняя и средняя площадки лестницы украшены терракотовыми плитками с изображением флорентийской лилии. На потолке красуются терракотовые розетки из античной бронзы. На этом этаже находится главная спальня (30 м2) с ванной комнатой, оборудованной паровой баней/душем и прекрасным видом на Монсуммано Альто. Также есть еще одна, немного меньшего размера, спальня с видом на долину, оливковые рощи, лес и бассейн. Этот номер имеет общую ванную комнату (с гидромассажной ванной и душем с подсветкой и ароматерапией) с третьей спальней с двумя односпальными кроватями, которые по запросу могут быть соединены в двуспальную кровать.
