The Granitz hunting lodge is very close by and offers a great view over the Mönchgut peninsula with its Bodden landscape, over the Baltic Sea resort of Binz to the chalk cliffs. The districts of Altensien, Neuensien, Moritzdorf and Seedorf, located on the Greifswald Bodden, attract hiking, cycling and sailing enthusiasts.
Sellin is the second largest Baltic Sea resort on the island of Rügen and therefore has very good transport links. The B96 federal highway leads directly from the Rügendamm to the island’s capital, Bergen. From there you can reach Sellin via the B196.
