In the price for 1/8 ownershare all transaction costs, interiors, high end furnishing and all amenities are included. You can buy and own from 1/8 to 4/8 of the home, but use the whole home exclusively during your stays in the same way as when you own the whole home 100%. The home will become beautifully designed, and all you need to bring is your personal items. All owners have their own lockable space to store your belongings. Between stays &Hamlet makes sure the home is perfectly cleaned and in pristine conditions.

1/8 ownershare is guaranteed minimum 45 days per year; more than a vacation home is used yearly on average. Scheduling is done through the &Hamlet app, which assures a fair distribution of popular holidays and access throughout the whole year.
