This project was influenced by the privileged location in which it is located, the Cap Cana marina, all of which makes the building have a maritime aesthetic, with generating lines that emulate the aesthetics of ships and that give dynamism to the whole.

The building embraces the plot, creating a central space of great interest where the project’s amenities are arranged, such as a small gazebo, a central pool area, water sheets with Balinese beds... on the roof you will have a common terrace area and a gym area.
