The history of this splendid mansion unfolds between the late 18th century Napoleonic period and the present day. Dimora storica con panorama mozzafiato

La storia di questa splendida dimora si dipana tra la fine del Settecento nel periodo Napoleonico e i giorni nostri. La posizione dominante e il suggestivo giardino all’italiana conquistano i visitatori quando attraverso il viale accedono alla proprietà. La struttura è tipica delle case nobiliari del sette/ottocento, la forma ad elle comprende una parte più antica adibita a residenza nobiliare, ed una parte, originariamente il rustico della proprietà, che è stata restaurata completamente. Già dall’ingresso si può ammirare il susseguirsi di sale decorate e restaurate sapientemente. Alla sinistra due saloni con un camino antico in marmo affacciano su una terrazza panoramica che domina il paese. Sullo stesso lato uno studio con i soffitti decorati, e uno spogliatoio. Dall’altro lato il corridoio con il pavimento in legno pregiato porta alla ampia e pratica cucina, dotata di un accesso alla terrazza sul giardino. Prima di accedere alla sala da pranzo troviamo ancora una dispensa, una lavanderia e un bagno. Nel salone luminoso ed elegante, dotato di camino, si possono ammirare le raffinate volte a crociera di grande effetto. Dal soggiorno entriamo in un ingresso in cui la luce della luminosa vetrata ci avvolge. La scala di design e il soffitto a tutta altezza ci danno una sensazione di grande respiro, e allo stesso tempo di maestosità veramente unici. Da qui si accede alla biblioteca che affaccia sul giardino all’italiana. Al piano superiore, al quale si può accedere dalle due scale che si trovano sui due lati della proprietà, troviamo la camera padronale con il bagno en suite e un balcone che offre una vista meravigliosa sulle Alpi. Sullo stesso piano, sette camere, quattro bagni in ceramica di Vietri, due ampi disimpegni e due balconi. I pavimenti sono tutti in legno di pregio, perfetti ed eleganti. L’ultimo piano mansardato consta di tre camere ed un bagno, e può essere adatto per gli ospiti. All’esterno, il giardino conquista con la sua rigorosa bellezza. I proprietari lo curano con amore, testimoni gli angoli fioriti e pieni di fascino. La proprietà è situata in cima ad una collina e domina il panorama quasi a 360 gradi. Nelle giornate limpide sembra quasi di toccare le montagne, dal Monviso al Monte Bianco e al Monte Rosa. Il terreno si estende per più di 35.000 metri quadri, ed è possibile inserirvi una piscina. Qui è collocata la dependance su due piani, con un soggiorno, una cucina, un disimpegno ed un bagno al piano terra e due camere e bagno al primo piano. Ci sono due accessi carrai alla proprietà, uno principale ed uno secondario sul lato posteriore. Una grande cantina con la classica volta a botte in mattoni testimonia ancora una volta l’origine della proprietà. Historisches Herrenhaus mit atemberaubender Aussicht

Die Geschichte dieses prächtigen Herrenhauses reicht vom späten 18. Jahrhundert bis in die heutige Zeit. Die dominante Lage und der beeindruckende italienische Garten begeistern die Besucher, wenn sie das Anwesen durch die Einfahrt betreten. Die Struktur ist typisch für Adelshäuser des 18. und 19. Jahrhunderts, die L-Form besteht aus einem älteren Teil, der als Adelssitz genutzt wurde, und einem Teil, der ursprünglich das Landhaus des Anwesens war und vollständig restauriert wurde. Vom Eingang aus kann man die dekorierten und geschickt restaurierten Räume bewundern. Auf der linken Seite befinden sich zwei Säle mit einem antiken Marmorkamin und einer Panoramaterrasse mit Blick auf das Dorf. Auf der gleichen Seite befindet sich ein Arbeitszimmer mit Fresken an der Decke und ein Ankleidezimmer. Auf der anderen Seite führt die Diele mit edlem Holzfußboden in die geräumige und praktische Küche, die Zugang zur Gartenterrasse hat. Vor dem Esszimmer gibt es noch eine Speisekammer, eine Waschküche und ein Badezimmer. Im hellen und eleganten Wohnzimmer, das mit einem Kamin ausgestattet ist, können wir die beeindruckenden, raffinierten Kreuzgewölbe bewundern. Vom Wohnzimmer aus flutet das Licht des hellen Glasfensters in die Eingangshalle.
