We invite you to visit the Karst homestead, in the pleasant village of Škrbina on the Karst plateau, intertwined with stone walls, endless paths and trails, endowed with fertile vineyards, where the wind brings the scent of the sea, 20 km away.

In addition to the personal warmth of the owners of the house, you will be enchanted by the pleasant interior design of the house, which offers the possibility of spending the night in four, beautifully decorated rooms on the first floor and a room in the attic.

Guests also have a large terrace on the first floor with a laundry and drying room at their disposal.

A special charm is provided by the courtyard and summer garden, on the south side of the building, where the vines provide shade in the summer and where you can always sit in peace and quiet. The courtyard is large enough to park five cars. There are also daily toilets available here, next to which is a garage and a boiler room.

The house is also equipped with personal spaces for the owners (living room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, storage room and basement).

The size of the house, 307 m2, allowed the arrangement of comfortable spaces in which the feeling is always pleasant and full of energy.

A large number of sunny days gives pleasant warmth and ensures well-being and the possibility of using the nearby sea and the amenities offered by the large city of Trieste.

The location is an advantage that is irreplaceable. From sunny KRAS it is only 20 km to the unique seaside settlement, PORTO PICCOLO, where it is possible to obtain a berth for larger and smaller boats or ships. The famous city of VENICE is 1.5 hours drive by highway and in winter the same time to the beautifully landscaped ski slopes.

The 100-year-old stone house with thick walls and characteristic architecture also gives our offer additional emphasis.

The building was built in 1883 and has been adapted several times and has been maintained in an exemplary manner throughout.

The current owners have converted it into a homestead with four bedrooms on the first floor and a beautifully decorated attic, which also offers the possibility of overnight stays.

Of course, heating is provided on cold winter days and hot water is provided throughout the year.
