Fattoria Chianti Classico is an ancient stone hamlet located in the town of Greve in Chianti, only 18 km from Florence and 40 km from Siena. It consists of a winery that produces Chianti Classico DOCG, olive oil and a farm with 8 apartments with private gardens and swimming pool.
The total extension the company is 100 hectares, including 20 hectares vineyard, 20 hectares olive grove and 80 hectares of arable land, woodland, and uncultivated land.

Fattoria Chianti Classico is a well established brand for over 50 years, known throughout the region and beyond as a mark of authenticity and tradition both in wine and extra virgin olive oil.

The property is a real estate complex located just minutes away from the historic center of Greve in Chianti, spanning a total area of approximately 2,500 square meters. Formerly, it functioned as a small autonomous village complete with artisan shops and schools.
