Colonica Cortone

Characteristic villa in historic stone with park, woods, and swimming pool for sale in the surroundings of Cortona, near the Loreto river. The swimming pool is set in the park and designed with natural stones, an oasis of peace where one can relax in nature, created where water once flowed for the mill. The park offers paths to explore down to the Loreto river with waterfalls and natural pools. An olive grove with 50 trees, an orchard, and a space once used as a stable with paddock complete the property.
