La intervención arquitectónica en los edificios antiguos respetó el diseño original.
Se ha prestado especial atención a la restauración de los dos edificios de importancia histórica de la zona: la enorme torre, que se convertirá en una magnífica residencia para los huéspedes de la finca, y una capilla privada con frescos que datan del siglo XVI.
La propiedad disfruta de 270 hectáreas de terreno; desde la adquisición, todo el terreno ha sido objeto de intervenciones ecosostenibles con la plantación de variedades nativas capaces de extraer la más alta calidad de los dos tipos de suelo presentes, uno con esqueleto predominante y el otro con una textura arcillo-arcillosa.
