                                        Providence of 1965 Porsche 912 1 of only 9 Survivors

1). This Porsche is one of the first 100 912’s ever made, If car manufactures wanted to race with their new model cars, they had to built minimum 100 ready to race, per Homologation rules back then.

This Porsche is one of those fist 100 Porsche.
2). Out of the first 100 912,s made, many raced, this one could very well been one of the ones that raced, cause a radio was never put in the car. Many that raced crashed and through the years disappeared. Now from the first 100 only 9 are known to exist according to Porsche Registry, and from the 9 only 5 are complete. This is 1 of the 5.
3). This Porsche is known to be the 1st Porsches 912 imported into the US!
4). Car was imported and owned by the Legendary Car Racer “Fred Goeske”!
5). Car won the Petersen Perfection Award in 2016, beating out over 300 significan classic cars!
6). Was chosen in 2017 by the Petersen Museum to be exhibited in the Museum Vault were among the most significant cars in the world are. 
7). This Porsche was chosen to be part of the 55 most significant Porsches to be exhibited at the Petersen Automotive Museum from Feb 2018 to January 2019. The exhibition celebrates 70 years of Porsche History.  
8). The car was also chosen to be in the book “The Porsche Effect” (2018) celebrating 70 years of Porsche.
