When tractor manufacturer Ferrucio Lamborghini was insulted by Enzo Ferrari, it resulted in a super car feud that is still going on in Emilia-Romagna, Italy. Lamborghini made placing the engine behind the driver de rigeur among sports cars with its Miura. With a design language that is uniquely their own, Lamborghini is a fantasy for many and a reality for a few.
Who Drives Lamborghini Cars:
Lamborghinis are not for the faint hearted. With sharp angular shapes and engines to scare hurricanes, Lamborghini owners like to be seen. A penchant for the expensive, they rarely look at the price before paying. This is not to be misconstrued with nonchalance as it’s a lifestyle; you live Lamborghini.
Rarity & Exclusivity:
The Miura and Countach may be the most famous of Lamborghini models, however there are several others worth enormous sums to collectors. The first 350 GT and 400 GT that paved the way for the Miura, and later on the Diablo GT are highly valuable. Or perhaps the off-road LM002 that was developed for the Army with the Countach’s 6 litre petrol V12 and a petrol tank of 290 litres. Because of the small production of Lamborghinis, exclusivity is a guarantee.
