The Lamborghini Huracan Performante is a more hardcore version of the Huracan LP610-4. Its predecessor was the Gallardo Superleggera. The name changed but the concept stayed: less weight, more power and more performance. As the name implements, Lamborghini’s main goal with the Performante was to increase the performance. Therefore they reduced the weight by 40kg and added 30hp as well as a body kit which includes more aggressive front splitters and side skirts as well as a fixed spoiler. According to Lamborghini, the Performante only took 6.52:01 minutes around the Nurburgring, making it the fastest production car ever. In fact faster than the Porsche 918 hypercar which used to hold the Nurburgring record time. The interior of the Huracan Performante reminds of the Lamborghini Aventador SV due to the excessive use of carbon fibre and alcantara.
