This 1956 Austin-Healey BN2 Roadster is one of just 640 factory-built 100M examples produced over a 10-month span and was completed on October 13, 1955. The car was sold new in the US and reportedly remained with the same owner for 39 years after being purchased from B.C. Importers of Miami, Florida in October 1959. It was acquired by the current owner in 2016, and the 2,660cc inline-four was rebuilt in 2019 with an aluminum cylinder head from Denis Welch, forged 8.5:1-compression Arias pistons, a ground and re-hardened camshaft from Elgin, a high-volume oil pump, and more. Shifting remains through a four-speed manual gearbox with overdrive, and additional work in the last two years has included overhauling the brake and suspension systems. Finished in Old English White and red over a black and red interior, this 100M is now offered with a British Motor Industry Heritage Trust Certificate, a 100M Registry Certificate of Membership, a 1959 sales invoice, and a clean Oregon title.
