Intended as a successor to the Aston Martin DB6, the DBS ended up being produced alongside the DB6 for
three years during its run from 1967 to 1973. The entire series produced only 787, although Aston Martin has
recently announced that they are producing a new DBS series with a 6L V12 engine that hits a top speed of 307
km/h. The original ended up in On Her Majesty’s Secret Service while the new version ended up in both Casino
Royale and Quantum of Solace.
The new Aston Martin DBS V12 is currently for sale to interested parties, but the original series is only
available to buy used. JamesEdition is the perfect place on the internet if you are seeking out one of these
rare cars, especially if you are concerned about price. However, you can even find the new DBS for sale here
if you’re so inclined.
