Arrows cars were designed and manufactured specially for the Arrows Grand Prix International, a British Formula One team active from 1978 to 2002. The name was taken from the founders’ initials - Ambrosio, Rees, Oliver, Wass and Southgate. The Arrows team never took the first place in car races but they managed to win the 2nd places five times.

Though now defunct, the team with the chassis of their own design managed to participate in Formula One for over twenty years. Arrows cars are definitely worth a place in any racing cars enthusiast’s collection. Their first car was the Arrows FA1 but due to copyright infringement they needed to redesign it to the Arrows A1.Their best years in Formula One were 1987 and 1988 when the team finished sixth and fifth with the A10 and A10B models, both cars equipped with the Megatron engines. One of the best looking Arrows cars is for sure the Arrows A18 with Bridgestone tyres and Yamaha engine. With this vehicle Damon Hill finished third in the Hungarian Grand Prix in 1997. Another interesting item for collectors is the Arrows F1 Two Seaters with the V8 engine. Arrows were second to McLaren in manufacturing a car in which sponsors and other privileged guests could enjoy a memorable tour.
